I am practicing pure ayurveda since 7 years.My aim is to provide ayurvedic healing to all the people in terms of body,mind and soul(i.e swastha definition according to ayurved) .Creating awareness about ayurveda and stressing on the preventive aspect of ayurveda is very important.History taking is necessary according to me as we can know life style and diet pattern of the diseased.We should be able to do counseling of patients,clearing their misunderstandings and improving their confidence in accepting ayurveda totally but not merely considering it as one of the alternative system of medicine. Patient should be explained about causes,spread and treatment methods used in his disease.This is my way of looking at Ayurveda.
